口服甲磺酸伊马替尼片致剥脱性皮炎1例 被引量：4

摘要 病例：患者,女,78岁。因＂确诊慢性粒细胞白血病近2月,皮肤严重脱屑,乏力纳差1周＂于2015年12月7日入院。患者既往有高血压和2型糖尿病史。2015年5月无明显诱因出现乏力,无体重明显下降。
