摘要 以西门子840D数控系统为实验平台,提出了交流伺服系统转动惯量辨识的新方法,该方法利用840D数控系统的同步动作功能,实现了M序列形式的速度激励信号的给定以及驱动力矩设定值和轴速度输出值数据的采集;基于最小二乘辨识算法,利用Matlab系统辨识工具箱对采集的输入输出数据进行辨识,实现了交流伺服系统转动惯量的辨识.实验结果表明:所提出的辨识方法能准确地辨识出伺服系统的转动惯量,该方法简单、有效,适合数控伺服系统模型的辨识. A new identification method on the moment of inertia of servo system was put forward, with the Siemens 840D CNC (computer numerical control) system was taken as the experimental plat- form. In this method, by using the synchronous functions of the 840D numerical control system, the given excitation signal with a format of pseudorandom sequence was realized and the drive torque value and the axial displacement output data was collected. Based on the least square method, the identification of system transfer function was implemented through the Matlab system identification toolbox with the collected input and output data. The results of the identification experiment show that the presented method can accurately identify the moment of the servo system. This method is simple and effective, and also suitable for the identification of servo control system model.
