摘要 以Moldflow模拟软件为分析平台,研究了基座注塑模具及工艺参数的优化。通过数值模拟分析了填充、保压、翘曲等过程,优化了基座浇注系统设计,得到了合理的注塑工艺参数。根据模拟结果设计并制造出了基座注塑模具,生产出了合格的基座产品,验证了模拟结果的正确性并可用于生产实际中。 Based on the Moldflow simulation software, the optimization of the injection mold and theprocess parameters for the thermosetting plastic pedestal were studied. Through numerical simulation, theprocess of filling, holding pressure and warping were analyzed, and the design of the gating system wasoptimized. So the reasonable injection parameters were obtained. According to the simulation results, thebase injection mould was designed and manufactured, and the qualified base product was produced, whichverified the correctness of the simulation results and could be used in the production practice.
