摘要
以汽车长条注塑件为例,对其翘曲变形问题进行了研究。首先从流道平衡性方面比较了两种浇注系统对于翘曲变形的影响,选择较优的浇注系统进行工艺参数优化设计。以长条件的成型工艺参数:熔体温度、注塑时间和填充压力为实验因子,翘曲变形量为实验目标进行两次Taguchi实验设计。两次实验设计的目的是逐步缩小工艺参数的范围,从而在短时间内确定一个可靠的优化方案。为长条注塑件翘曲问题的改进及其工艺参数的优化提供一个参考案例。
The motor strip injection plastic was studied as an example for the warping deformationproblem. First of all, two kinds of gating systems were compared on the aspect of flow balance to confirm theeffect on the warping deformation. One of the optimal process parameters optimization designs of gating systemwas selected. The strip injection plastic's molding process parameters including melt temperature, injectiontime and filling pressure were experimental factors and the warping deformation was the experimental goal fortwo Tagucbi experimental designs. The experimental goal was to gradually narrow the scope of the processparameters and to determine a reliable optimization solution in a short time. A reference case was provided forthe improvement and optimization of process parameters for the strip plastic warping problem.
