摘要
利用数字图像相关(DIC)技术分析长玻纤棉增强单体浇铸(MC)尼龙平板含不同直径的小圆孔时的孔边应力集中情况。实验研究表明,应力集中系数随着小圆孔直径的增大而增加,并且低于各向同性的金属材料,该研究结果为该材料的工程应用提供了可靠的性能参数。
The stress concentration on the hole edge of long glass fiber cotton reinibrced monomer casting(MC) nylon plate containing holes with different diameters was studied with the digital image correlationtechnology. The experimental results showed that the stress concentration factor increase with the increases ofhole diameter, and the stress concentration factor is lower than that of metal material. This experimentalresults also provide reliable performance parameters of this material for its engineering application.
