摘要 以偶联剂改性碳化硅(SiC)为磨料,环氧发泡树脂为黏结剂,再添加相应的填料以及助剂,制备出发泡树脂砂轮。采用偶联剂对SiC进行表面改性,合成了表面具有绒毛的包裹层的SiC,提高了SiC在树脂中的分散性。通过光学显微镜观察了不同发泡剂的环氧发泡砂轮的断面形貌,探究了发泡剂的种类以及用量对改性SiC基环氧发泡树脂砂轮的磨削性能的影响。研究结果表明,用4,4-氧代双苯磺酰肼(OBSH)发泡剂制备的发泡砂轮泡孔均匀分布且均为圆形,相邻泡孔间的韧带厚度适中;发泡剂用量对发泡砂轮的磨削性能有很大的影响。当使用OBSH为发泡剂时,用量为4%时和10%时,发泡砂轮的磨削性能都不佳。当用量为8%时,发泡砂轮的磨削比、磨耗率都为最佳水平。 The foam resin grinding wheel were fabricated with sllane coupling agent moulileUcarborundum (SiC) as abrasive, epoxy foam resin as binder and appropriate fillers and additives. Thesurface of SiC was modified with silane coupling agent, so SiC with a soft integument layer were prepared andthe dispersion of SiC in the resin was improved. The cross section morphologies of the epoxy foam wheelsproduced with different foaming agents were observed by optical microscope. The effect of the types anddosage of foaming agent on the grinding performance of modified SiC foam based epoxy resin grinding wheelwere studied. The results show that the foam resin grinding wheel prepared by using OBSH as blowing agenthas uniformly distributed all-round holes and the ligaments thickness between adjacent holes is moderate. Theperformance of foam resin grinding wheel are affected by the dosage of foaming agent greatly. When the massfractions of OBSH are 4% and 10% , the grinding performance of the foaming grinding wheel is poor. Whenthe mass fraction of OBSH is 8% , the grinding ratio and abrasion rate are the best.
