嘛呢石作为藏族对藏传佛教崇拜表现形成的一种具体产物,承载并传达着藏族古老而独特的文化。由于囊谦在历史上所处的地理位置特殊,赋予了它独特的政治历史经历,形成了既有藏区嘛呢石文化的共性又蕴涵着当地的特色。本文以四位女性艺人为个案,对囊谦嘛呢石刻女性艺人从事雕刻的成因、发展现状做了初步的探究。
