摘要
外科手术过去二三十年取得了突飞猛进的发展,尤其为原来被视为患有绝症的癌症病人提供了延续生命的可能和继续生存下去的条件,但患者也不得不面对术后严重残破的躯体带来的一系列社会适应性和自我认同问题。将"裸命""洁净"、身体规训这三个概念作为分析框架并以肠癌患者有关躯体的感受为素材,集中回答"造口"手术何以在术后患者中导致躯体观的异化。
During the past three decades, surgery has witnessed rapid pro- gress, which in partmular has made it possible for patients to survive deadly cancers and provided them condition to live on. Nevertheless, they have to be confronted with a series of problems of social adaptability and self identity brought by their bodies that have been made incomplete in the operation. Based on the analytic framework of "bare life". "impurity" and "cultural discipline of body", this paper explores what the views of the colorectal cancer patients are on their bodies and finds out how ostomy changes their views after the operation.
