Globalization, Relativity of Essentials of Nationalities and Features of Relationship among Ethnic Communities

文章从社会整体入手 ,从一定时代社会经济发展水平的高度剖析和研究族群关系 ;同时 ,从构成民族的各种要素入手 ,对其属性及其变量进行比较分析 ,根据这些要素所呈现出的相对性 ,对族群关系进行全面动态的分析。文章指出 ,当代世界的“全球化”是与地区之间、族群之间和民族之间的差异化、个性化并行的 ,这给当代族群关系注入了新的意义。民族属性呈现出日益显著的相对性特征 ,从而冲击着传统的族群关系模式 ,使其具有鲜明的时代特点。矛盾性和相对性成为当代族群关系中的两个基本特点 ,当代族群关系也大体可划分为民族联合、民族分化两大基本类型。

Globalization parallels the differences and personalities of different regions, nationalities and ethnic communities, which endow the relationship among ethnic communities some fresh characteristics. Against this background, national properties show their remarkable relativity, which produces great impact on the relationship among ethnic communities. Conflicts and relativity constitute the two fundamental characteristics of the relationship among ethnic communities. Modern relationship among ethnic communities may be classified into two categories unity and break up of nationalities.
