摘要
跨境电子商务的逆势上扬成为拉动中国经济的重要动力。但是,国内外缺少对于跨境电子商务的评测体系,无法有效评估跨境电子商务的绩效。笔者在二元市场的基础上,构建了跨境电子商务绩效识别模型,采集了全国四大自贸区企业的数据进行实证检验。研究表明:第一,UTEC模型具有较高的应用价值,特别是针对跨境电子商务绩效评测来说;第二,跨境电子商务企业应该将内部资源与政策、支付、通关、物流等外部资源有机结合起来,重视提升利用全部五个外部维度层因素的能力;第三,各自贸区应该利用"互联网+"的思维,创造便利的跨境电子商务活动空间,打破单纯自贸区式的政策洼地。
Cross-border e-commerce has risen reversely to be an important power drive for China's economy. However, the lack of evaluation system for cross-border e-commerce at home and abroad makes it impossible to effectively evaluate the cross-border ecommerce performance. Based on the binary market, this paper builds a performance recognition model for the cross-border e-commerce and gathers data from the four FTAs(Free Trade Area) for an empirical testing. The research shows: first, UTEC model has a framework with high application value, especially for the cross-border e-commerce performance evaluation. Second, cross-border e-commerce enterprise should integrate the internal resources with the external resources such as policy, payment, customs clearance,logistics and attaches great importance to the promotion and usage of all the five external dimensions factors. Third, all the FTAs should take advantage of "Internet + " thinking, create convenient cross-border e-commerce activity space, and break the policy lowland merely due to the FTA mode.
