摘要
采用GT-POWER建立了某四缸柴油机模型并验证模型的正确性。在停一缸状态下,比较了该柴油机停油缸进排气门正常开闭和进排气门全关时整机燃油经济性,确定了采用进排气门全关的停缸方式。分别对该柴油机ESC循环下25%负荷的工况点停一缸和停两缸工作进行模拟,并对停缸前后的经济性和排放进行对比分析。结果表明,停缸技术可以有效地提高柴油机的燃油经济性,同时可以降低碳烟排放,但NOx排放量有所增加。
The model of a four-eylinder diesel engine was established by (T-POWER and the accuracy of the model was verified. Fuel economies of the engine have been compared when the valves of the deactivated cylinders were in different states that they kept all closed or moved normally, deeiding that the valves keep closed when simulating cylinder deactivations. The work of the engine was simulated with one cylinder and two cylinders deactivated under 25% load of ESC cycle. Comparing and analyzing filel economies and emissicms of the diesel engine before and after cylinder deactivation. The results show that the cylinder deactivation technique can effeclively improve the fllel economy of the diesel engine. It can deerease the soot emissions hut increase NOx emissions.
