摘要
国内某发动机厂新型B4012C柴油发动机三台机组在试车运行过程中,发生多道主轴瓦和连杆瓦化瓦的严重事故,而且出现多种形式的化瓦失效,经过全面的理化检验分析,找出了轴瓦失效的原因,并总结了轴瓦化瓦的规律,提出了改进措施。
Three units of new diesel engine B4012C in a domestic engine plant have serious and various bearing scratch accidents of muhi-channel main bearing shell and connecting rod bearing shells during the test run. A thorough examination of physical and chemical analysis has been done to identify the reason for the failure of the bearing shell, meanwhile, the law of the bearing scratch and improvement measures have been summarized and proposed.
