摘要
通过分析进排气滚轮导筒异常磨损故障原因,经过大量实验验证得出了正确的结论,滚轮导筒材料中珠光体含量偏低,使滚轮导筒耐磨性及减磨性降低,这是导致滚轮导筒异常磨损的主要原因;滚轮导筒座的形位公差加工时控制不严及零件表面光洁度达不到图纸要求,是导致滚轮导筒异常磨损的次要原因。经过为期个月,轮的排查,彻底解决了滚轮1 8导筒异常磨损的故障,保证了柴油机的顺利交付。
By analysis on abnormal wear cause of intake & exhaust roller guide, a con-ect conclusion is obtained after the verification of many tests. That is: the lower pearlite content in material of roller guide makes the wear resistance and the antifriction of roller guide decreased, which is the main cause of abnormal wear on roller guide; when machining, the geometrical tolerance of roller guide seat is poorly controlled and the surface finish of parts can't meet the requirements in drawings, which is the secondary cause of abnormal wear on roller guide. After the inspections of 8 cycles for one month, the fauh of abnormal wear on roller guide is completely resolved to ensure the successful delivery of engine.
