摘要
为探知栾树(Koelreuteria bipinnata Franch.var.Integrifoliola(Merr.)T.Chen)叶片水浸液对高羊茅(Festuca arundinaces)、白三叶(Trifolium repens)、黑麦草(Lolium perenne)和剪股颖(Agrostis tenuis)的化感作用,采用室内培养皿法,研究了4个不同浓度(12.50、25.00、50.00和100.00 mg/m L)栾树叶片水浸提液对4种草坪草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:高羊茅、白三叶、黑麦草和翦股颖4种草坪草种子萌发率、发芽指数、活力指数、幼苗苗高、幼苗根长和幼苗鲜重基本随栾树叶片水浸提液浓度的升高而降低,高浓度(100.00 mg/m L)栾树叶片水浸提液对受体植物种子的萌发及幼苗生长均有显著的化感抑制作用。不同草坪草种类对栾树叶片水浸液的敏感程度不同,最敏感的是白三叶,最不敏感的是黑麦草。
To explore the allelopathic effects of Koelreuteria bipinnata Franch. Var. integrifoliola(Merr.) T. Chen leaf aqueous extracts on the four turf grasses(Festuca arundinaces, Trifolium repens, Lolium perenne and Agrostis tenuis), the indoor petri dish method was used to study the effects of water extracts from K. bipinnata leaves with different concentrations(12.50, 25.00, 50.00, 100.00 mg/m L) on seed germination rate and seedling growth of the 4 turf grasses. The results showed that the leaf aqueous extracts with the increasing concentrations exhibited inhibitory effects on the seed germination rate, germination index, vigor index, seedling height, root length and fresh weight of four kinds of turf grasses.High concentration(100.00 mg/m L) of leaf aqueous extracts significantly inhibited seed germination and seedling growth of receptor plants. Sensitivities of different turf grass species on K. Bipinnata leaf aqueous extracts were different, T. repens is the most sensitive, but L. perenne is the most insensitive.
