摘要
建立了固相吸附-气相色谱法同时测定空气、废气中9种乙酸酯类化合物的方法。采用活性炭采样管采样,二硫化碳解吸,气相色谱一氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果表明:在优化的色谱条件下,9种乙酸酯类化合物线性响应良好,相关系数大于0.9990,检出限达到0.0046 mg/m^3~0.029 mg/m^3,9种化合物解吸效率为90.7%~104%,回收率为94.5%~105%,相对标准差小于2.58%(n=6)。该方法适用于空气和工业废气中乙酸酯类化合物的监测。
In the work, a new method of gas chromatography(GC) coupled with solid phase adsorption was developed for detecting nine kinds of acetic eater compounds in air and industrial exhalation. At first, the samples of acetic eater compounds were collected by activated carbon tube and desorbed with carbon disulfide. Then it was detected by gas chromatography – flame ionization detector(GC-FID). The results demonstrated that the quantitative analysis of acetic eater compounds had good linearity(r^2= 0.9990) under the optimal chromatographic conditions. The limit of detection of the proposed method was 0.0046 mg/m^3-0.029 mg/m^3. Moreover, it was calculated that the desorption rate and recovery of acetic eater compounds were 90.7%-104% and 94.5%-105%, respectively. The relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 2.58%(n=6). All of which illustrated this method could be applied for the determination of acetic eater compounds in air and industrial exhalation.
