The Cost Estimation for Eco-friendly Buildings in Life Cycle

绿色建筑是目前流行的一种注重建筑、环境、社会和谐统一的建筑风格。首先,分析绿色建筑的建筑成本、社会自然成本和消费者成本构成,然后,采用主成分分析法对影响绿色建筑的各个因子进行分析。最后,利用模糊识别方法以及蒙特罗卡法整理出绿色建筑全周期成本估算的模型,为绿色建筑的投资者做决策提供了依据。

An eco-friendly building is a popular construction style to pay attention to the combination with building,environment and society, therefore it is important to estimate the cost of building. This paper firstly analyzed the components of eco-friendly building and their function with the principal component analysis and then established the cost estimation model of eco-friendly building in life cycle with the methods of fuzzy recognition and Monte Roca Law in order to provide a basis for investors when they were making decision of eco-friendly building.
