Temple Fair Culture and Its changes of the Present Age in Henan Province

庙会是我国传统的民众节日形式之一。本文以河南周口地区的庙会为例 ,运用人类学、民俗学的有关理论 ,探讨了河南庙会的文化变迁。文章指出 ,2 0世纪 80年代以后 ,河南庙会的活动内容已从传统的以祀神、娱神为主发展为以娱人、经贸为主 。

Temple fair is one of the traditional activities among the people in our country. Since 1980,temple fair has developed an activity which makes people amuse and brings economy and trade from traditional sacrifice and entertainment.The transition realizes the culture changes from tradition to modern. This paper tries to take Zhoukou area for example, applies some theories about anthropology and folklore and discusses the culture changes of temple fair in Henan Province.
