丹毒患者的中医辨证施护

Effects of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing in patients with erysipelas

目的观察中医辨证施护对丹毒患者的影响。方法将82例丹毒患者随机分为2组,常规护理组41例实施常规护理,辨证施护组41例根据中医辨证分型实施以皮肤护理为主的辨证护理。护理3周后比较2组疗效,对满意度进行评分,记录住院时间。结果辨证施护组总有效率92.68%,常规护理组78.05%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),辨证施护组疗效优于常规护理组。辨证施护组满意度评分高于常规护理组(P<0.05),住院时间较常规护理组缩短(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证施护体现中医护理内涵,在丹毒治疗过程中具有独特的优势。

Objective To observe the effects of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） syndrome differentiation nursing in patients with erysipelas. Methods 82 subjects with erysipelas were randomly divided into two groups,41 subjects in each group. The routine nursing group received routine nursing,and the syndrome differentiation nursing group received TCM syndrome differentiation nursing which give priority of skin care. The curative effect was compared between two groups. The satisfaction degree was evaluated by self- designed questionnaire survey,and the hospitalization time was recorded. Results The total effective rate in syndrome differentiation nursing and routine nursing group was 92. 68% and 78. 05% respectively,with statistical differences（ P〈0. 05）. The satisfaction degree score in syndrome differentiation nursing group was higher than that in routine nursing group（ P〈0. 05）,and the hospitalization time was shorter（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation nursing give expression to connotation meaning of TCM nursing,with unique advantages on the treatment of erysipelas.
