针对60GHz无线连接的集成远端光接入单元的光学特性 被引量:1

摘要 光载无线通信(Radio-Over-Fiber,Ro F),60GHz无线(片上带宽10-20 GHz)和光纤到户(FTTH)服务集成在一起,获得了远端光接入单元的设计和实际测量结果。在多晶圆项目(Multi-project Wafer,MPW)的框架下,成功制备基于磷化铟(In P)的芯片,并且测量芯片在直流和射频条件下的响应。
