SONG Mingsuo's experience in treating pediatric postnasal drip syndrome by TCM therapy with differentiation

导师宋明锁根据多年临床经验,将小儿鼻后滴漏综合征分为外邪袭肺、肺经郁热、胆腑郁热、脾虚湿盛4种常见证型,分别从理、法、方、药等方面对各种证型进行论述,并对鼻后滴漏综合征的诊疗及用药特点进行讨论总结。附验案2则,以资验证。

Based on years of clinical experience,SONG Mingsuo classified the postnasal drip syndrome in children into 4 common types： external evil invading lung,stagnated heat of lung meridian,stagnated heat of gallbladder,spleen deficiency with excessive dampness. These types were discussed from the aspects of principle,method,prescription and drug. Diagnosis and treat as well as medication were summarized. 2 typical cases were presented for inspecting and verifying.
