润肠颗粒治疗小儿便秘阴虚肠燥型45例临床观察

Clinical effect of Runchang Keli in treating 45 cases of child constipation featured with intestine-dryness due to yin deficiency

目的观察润肠颗粒治疗小儿便秘阴虚肠燥型的临床疗效。方法我院儿科2014年1月至2015年1月收治的90例阴虚肠燥型便秘患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组45例采用乳果糖口服液治疗,治疗组45例采用润肠颗粒治疗。治疗2周后,观察比较2组的临床综合疗效以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组总有效率为95.6%,对照组为82.2%,2组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为4.4%,对照组为15.6%,经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论润肠颗粒治疗小儿便秘阴虚肠燥型临床效果显著,不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Runchang Keli in treating child constipation featured with intestine-dryness due to yin deficiency. Methods 90 cases of child constipation featured with intestine-dryness due to yin deficiency were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given lactulose oral solution,the observation group was intervened with Runchang Keli. 2 weeks later,general therapeutic effect and rate of adverse reaction were observed and compared. Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 95. 6% and 82. 2% respectively,there was a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.Rate of adverse reaction in treatment group was 4. 4% as well as in control group was 15. 6%,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Runchang Keli has good effect and less adverse reaction in treating child constipation featured with intestine-dryness due to yin deficiency. It＇s worth clinically applying and popularizing.
