自拟平肝清肺息风汤结合耳穴贴压治疗小儿多发性抽动症40例临床观察

Clinical observation of combination of self-defined Pinggan Qingfei Xifeng Tang and auricular points massotherapy in treating 40 cases with Tourette's syndrome

目的观察自拟平肝清肺息风汤结合耳穴贴压治疗小儿多发性抽动症的临床疗效。方法将110例多发性抽动症患儿随机分为治疗组40例、对照1组40例和对照2组30例。治疗组在口服平肝清肺息风汤的基础上结合耳穴贴压,对照1组仅予平肝清肺息风汤口服,对照2组仅予耳穴贴压。3组均以3月为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照1组为92.5%,对照2组为80.0%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照2组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率略高于对照1组,但2组比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。治疗组平均起效时间为(3.6±0.4)d,对照1组为(5.0±0.5)d,对照2组为(6.5±0.3)d,治疗组平均起效时间显著短于对照1组和对照2组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟平肝清肺息风汤口服结合耳穴贴压治疗小儿多发性抽动症,可提高临床疗效、缩短中药口服疗程,且起效快,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combination of self-defined Pinggan Qingfei Xifeng Tang and auricular points massotherapy in treating children with Tourette＇s syndrome. Methods 110 cases with Tourette＇s syndrome were divided into treatment group（ 40 cases）,control group 1（ 40 cases） and control group 2（ 30 cases）. The treatment group was intervened by the combined treatment of self-defined Pinggan Qingfei Xifeng Tang and auricular points massotherapy,the control group 1 took Pinggan Qingfei Xifeng Tang orally,the control group 2 was given auricular points massotherapy,3 months as one course. The effect was observed after 1 course.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95. 0%,much higher than that of control group 2（ 80. 0%）,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）; little higher than that of group 1（ 92. 5%）,the difference was not significant（ P〈0. 05）. The time of producing effect in treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2were（ 3. 6 ±0. 4） d,（ 5. 0 ±0. 5） d and（ 6. 5 ±0. 3） d respectively,that of treatment group was shorter obviously than the other two groups＇,there was a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combined treatment can improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the course and produce effect rapidly. It＇s worth applying and popularizing clinically.
