0～3岁婴幼儿微量元素检测结果及干预效果分析

Analysis of the testing result of trace elements and intervention effect in infants aged 0 to 3

目的了解白银市0~3岁婴幼儿微量元素缺乏状况,并观察小儿肠胃康颗粒辅助治疗微量元素缺乏的疗效。方法采用原子吸收光谱法,对白银市妇幼保健院儿保门诊3 308名0~3岁儿童进行头发微量元素测定及结果分析,对微量元素缺乏的患儿在补充缺乏元素的基础上加服小儿肠胃康颗粒。结果 0~1岁组儿童中钙缺乏最高(63.11%),其次为铁缺乏(25.73%)、锌缺乏(9.70%)、镁缺乏(0.80%)、铜缺乏(0.58%)。1^+~3岁组中,微量元素缺乏依次为钙(48.00%)、锌(33.50%)、铁(13.50%)、铜(3.50%)、镁(1.50%)。2组钙、锌、铁及铜缺乏比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);镁缺乏2组差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。对照组总有效率为90.2%,治疗组为97.5%,经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论0~3岁婴幼儿微量元素钙、锌、铁缺乏较普遍;在补充微量元素的基础上加用小儿肠胃康颗粒可增加疗效,显著改善症状,促进食欲,缩短疗程。

Objective To study the deficiency of trace elements in infants aged 0 to 3 in Baiyin city and observe the clinical effect of Xiaoer Changweikang Granule in improving the deficiency. Methods Hair trace elements in 3 308 infants aged 0 to 3 were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and the results were analyzed. Infants suffering from deficiency were supplemented with the deficient trace elements and additionally intervened with Xiaoer Changweikang Granule. Results In 0 to 1-year group,the deficiency extent of Ca was highest（ 63. 11%）,and then were Fe（ 25. 73%）,Zn（ 9. 70%）,Mg（ 0. 80%）,Cu（ 0. 58%）; in 1^＋to 3-year group,the deficiency extents were following： Ca（ 48. 00%）,Zn（ 33. 50%）,Fe（ 13. 50%）,Cu（ 3. 50%）,Mg（ 1. 50%）. Compared the testing results of Ca,Zn,Fe,Cu in two groups,there was a difference（ P〈0. 05）,while there was no any difference in comparing Mg of two groups（ P〉0. 05）. The total effective rate of the control group was 90. 2%,while that of treatment group was 97. 5%,there was a statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Ca,Fe,Zn are deficient universally in infants aged 0 to 3. Based on elements supplementation,additional Xiaoer Changweikang Granule can improve the symptoms,give appetite and shorten the course. The treatment has a good clinical effect.
