摘要
通过观看直播与录像、数理统计、比较研究等方法,对CBA2015—2016赛季总决赛辽宁男篮5场比赛的得分、投篮命中率、进攻篮板、助攻、失误等进攻能力进行分析,对抢断、防守篮板、犯规等防守能力技术指标的比较研究,得出辽宁队在罚球、助攻、抢断、失误上有一定优势,但在篮板、投篮命中率上差距过大,是造成失利的主要原因。建议辽宁男篮应坚持＂快速灵活、内外结合＂的战术风格,加强高强度对抗下的投篮训练。

Draw-on the free throws, assists, steals, mistakes have certain advantages, but in rebounds, shooting gap is too big and this is the main cause of failure. It is suggested that the Liaoning Men＇s basketball team should adhere to the ＂rapid flexible, as well as the combination of inside and outside＂ tactical style, strengthen the high strength against the shoot.
