摘要
以花生品种阜花17号为试材,采用灌根法,选用农用硫酸链霉素、荧光假单胞杆菌、蓝采灵、多粘类芽孢杆菌、甲霜恶霉灵、宝路、亮盾、根腐咛+烂病亡共8种药剂防治田间花生根腐病。结果表明,根腐咛+烂病亡最佳,轻度病株完全恢复,重症病株得到改善,收获期死亡率仅为10.6%;其次是甲霜恶霉灵,与对照相比,其余7种药剂也具有一定的防治效果。从产量来看,根腐咛+烂病亡效果最好,比对照增产99.2%;其次是甲霜恶霉灵增产77.6%,其余6种药剂均比对照增产10%以上;除蓝采灵外,均与对照差异极显著。
With the peanut variety Fnhua 17 as the test material, using root irrigation method, a total of eight kinds of chemical was tested for peanut root rot cure, such as the Streptomycin, Pseudomonas fluorescence, Lancailing, Bacillus stick type, Jiashuangemeiling, Baolu, Lingdun, Genfuning plus Lanbingwang. The results showed that the Genfuning plus Lanbing- wang was the best, the light diseased plants got quite good, the severe diseased plants got some improved and in the harvest stage, the mortality rate was just 10.6%. The second chemical was Jiashuangemeiling. Compared with the control, the other 7 kinds of chemicals had certain effect in the prevention and treatment of root rot. About the production, also the Genfuning plus Lanbingwang was the best, increasing 99.2% than that of the control. The second was Jiashuangemeiling, yiehl increased 77.6%, the remaining six yield increased more than 10% compared with the control. Except Lancailing, the difference was significantly.
