摘要
为对青稞(Hordeum vulgare)β-葡聚糖进行纯化,以膜通量为指标,采用单因素和正交试验,对青稞β-葡聚糖进行超滤处理,分析超滤过程中操作压力、温度和料液流速对膜通量的影响。结果表明,优化的超滤条件为操作压力0.12 MPa、温度45℃、料液流速20 mL/s。该条件下超滤膜通量可达38.5 L/(m2·h),β-葡聚糖截留率达到99.2%,表明超滤处理可应用于青稞β-葡聚糖纯化。
In order to purification of barley β-glucan, with permeate flux as index, the influence of operation pressure,tem- perature and feed rate were investigated by signal test and orthogonal test.The results show that the optinmm purification conditions were as follows: operation pressure 0.12 MPa , temperature 45 ℃ and feed rate 20mL/s.In this condition,the permeate flux was 38.5 L/(m2-h) and recovery percent was 99.2%. Therefore,ultrafiltration is feasible to purification of barley β-glucan.
