超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱法测定芒果中的吡虫啉和噻嗪酮 被引量:4

Determination of Imidacloprid and Buprofezin Residues in Mango Using Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-electrospray Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联四级杆质谱仪,多反应监测(MRM)模式下建立了吡虫啉和噻嗪酮在芒果(Mangifera indica L.)中的定性及定量分析方法。样品经纯水-乙腈漩涡振荡提取,经分散固相萃取净化,超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱仪测定。结果表明,在0.001~0.1μg/m L质量浓度范围内,农药峰面积与进样质量浓度间均呈良好的线性关系(r〉0.999),最小检出量(LOD)为5 ng,最低检测浓度(LOQ)为0.005 mg/kg,回收率在84%~101%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为1.9%~6.9%之间。该方法准确、简单、灵敏度高,适用于芒果中吡虫啉、噻嗪酮残留的检测。 A method of ultra performance liquid chromatography-electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-ESI-MS/MS) in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode was developed for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of imidacloprid and buprofezin residues in mango.The sample preparation was based on pure water and acetonitrile mixture extraction,dispersive SPE cleanup and UPLC-ESI-MS/MS determination. The method showed that a good linearity (r〉0.999) between concentra- tions of 0.001-0.1 μg/mL,with limit of detection was 5 ng.The limit of quantification was 0.005 mg/kg.The average recoveries of this method were from 84% to 101%,and the relative standard deviations (RSD,n=5) were from 1.9% to 6.9%.The method was shown to be reliable,simple ,sensitive for the determination of imidacloprid and buprofezin residues in mango.
