摘要
基于2011年新疆701份维吾尔族农村劳动力样本数据,运用有序Probit模型,从人力资本层面,结合经济因素、社会资本因素对影响维吾尔族农村劳动力外出务工意愿的因素进行实证分析。结果表明,人力资本因素中的身体素质、非农技能和汉语水平是影响维族农村劳动力外出意愿的重要因素。对维吾尔族农村劳动力而言,非经济因素是影响其外出意愿的首要因素,且这种影响并不依赖于经济因素。
Based on sample data of 701 Uygur rural labor questionnaires from Xinjiang province in 2011, using the ordered Probit model, from aspect of the human capital, and combined with economic factors, social capital to explore the factors influencing the migrant working willingness of Uygur rural labor force in Xinjiang. Results showed that, the human capital such as physical quality, non-agricultural skill levels and Chinese language exerted important influence factors. In terms of the Ugur rural labor force, the non-economic factor was the primary cause for the migrant working willingness of Uygur rural labor, in addition, this effect was independent of economic factors.
