天津农业资源可持续利用综合评价分析

Comprehensive Evaluation for Sustainable Utilization of Agricultural Resources in Tianjin

为科学、合理、准确地评价天津农业资源可持续利用现状水平,并分析其变化趋势,从资源保护性、生态合理性、经济可行性和社会可接受性4个方面,构建了天津农业资源可持续利用评价指标体系,运用层次分析法构建综合评价模型对2007-2012年天津农业资源可持续利用水平进行定量分析。结果表明,2007-2012年,天津市农业资源可持续利用水平虽呈先升后降的趋势,但整体处于较强可持续水平。从天津农业资源分项可持续利用水平看,经济可行性和社会可接受性总体表现不断提升,而生态合理性先降后升,资源保护性不断下降。

In order to scientifically, reasonably and accurately evaluate the sustainable utilization level of agricultural re- sources in Tianjin, and analyze its trend, an evaluation index system of sustainable utilization of agricultural resources in Tianjin was established from four aspects such as＇ resource conservation, ecological rationality, economic feasibility and social acceptability, and the comprehensive evaluation model was constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） to quantitatively analyze the sustainable utilization level of agricultural resources in Tianjin from 2007 to 2012. The results showed that, although the sustainable utilization level of Tianjin agricultural resources in 2007-2012 indicated a decline trend after an initial ascent,but the overall trend was in a strong sustainable level. Separately from four aspects of the evaluation index system, the economic feasibility and social acceptability improved continuously, and the ecological rationality declined first and then rose, and the resource conservation steadily dropped.
