两种空间尺度的区域旅游资源灾害风险评价

Risk Assessment of Regional Tourism Resource Disaster of Two Kinds of Spatial Scale

随着经济的快速发展,工业化不断深入,导致环境恶化、自然灾害频发,对旅游业影响较大。以现代灾害风险理论为基础,综合运用自然风险指数法、层次分析法、加权综合法等风险评估方法,以空间分析、网格技术、数据展布等技术手段对吉林省旅游资源分别从行政区、网格两种空间尺度进行区域旅游资源灾害风险评价,建立不同空间尺度下区域旅游资源灾害风险评估体系,研究网格微观尺度区域旅游资源灾害风险评价关键技术手段,并对比了行政区尺度与网格尺度评价结果。研究表明,两种空间尺度的区域旅游资源灾害风险评价都具有可行性。吉林市、长春市的旅游资源灾害风险较大,其余区域次之。对同一地区旅游资源灾害风险评价采用两种空间评价尺度,是旅游资源灾害风险评估向小空间尺度发展的一种尝试。

with the rapid development of economy, deepening of industrialization, the environment has been deteriorating,which results in series cases of natural disasters, which significantly affects the tourism industry. This study comprehensively applies natural risk index method, AHP, weighted summation method etc, and based on the theory of modern disaster risk.This study also uses technological methods of spatial analysis, network technology, data distribution to assess the risk of regional tourism resource disaster of tourism resource in Jilin from two kinds of spatial scale which are administrative district and gridding, establishing different spatial scales of risk assessment system of regional tourism resource, studying the key technical method of risk assessment of regional tourism resource of Microscopic scale grid and compares the results of the assessment between regional scale and grid scale.The results show that both of the risk assessments of these two spatial scales of regional tourism resource disaster are feasible. Generally, the tourism resource risk of Jilin and Changchun city of Jilin province is more serious than other cities. This study applies two different assessment scales to evaluate the risk of tourism resource disaster of the same region, which is an attempt that the risk assessment of tourism resource disaster has progressing into small spatial scale.
