摘要
目的:探讨不同类型癫痫大鼠在急性期和慢性期反复自发性发作时、发作前后脑电图(EEG)相应指标改变以及行为学改变。方法:选取雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分为A、B、C、D4组。A组10只为杏仁核电点燃癫痢模型(不作电刺激)对照组;B组:10只,为制作杏仁核电刺激点燃癫痫模型组;C组:10只,氯化锂-匹罗卡品癫痫模型(只注生理盐水)对照组;D组:10只,制作氯化锂一匹罗卡品癫痫模型组。结果:D组慢性期发作时EEG频率与急性期频率相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),与B组各时期相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);D组慢性期发作后3min发作频率与B组急性期相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);A组与C组在频率、波幅方面比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:B、D两种不同类型的癫痫大鼠不同时期EEG和行为学都会发生相应的改变。
Objective:To explore the effect of different types and change of the epileptic seizure in rats on EEG and ethology. Methods:40 spraque-dawley(SD)rats were divided into 4 groups:Group A,B, C, D. In Group A, 10 rats were the normal control group;In Group B, 10 rats were made into amygdala electrical kindling models of epilepsy;In Group C, 10 rats were the normal control group; In Group D, 10 rats were made into the licl-pilocarpine models of epilepsy. Results: When the rats had epileptic seizure occured in the rats, there was significant correlation between EEG frequencies of Group D during acute phase during chronic phase(P〈0.05), and there was significant correlation acute phase compared with EEG freguencies of Group B during all each phase(P〈0.05) ; 3 minutes after epileptic seizure. There was significant correlation between EEG frequencies of Group D during chronic phase and of Group 15 during acute phase(P〈0.05) and the difference between Group A and Group C in EEG frequencies and amplitude was not significant (P〉0.05). Conelusion..Two different types of epileptic seizures in rats can lead to the change of EEG freguencies and ethology.
