摘要 研究了不同的银钎料对硬质合金的润湿性能,结果显示含Mn和Ni的钎料在硬质合金上具有最佳的润湿性。并且探讨和总结了银钎料对硬质合金与钢钎焊接头强度的影响。介绍了如何使用三明治钎料减少硬质合金与钢钎焊后产生的内应力。 In this study the wettability of silver brazing filler metals on the cemented carbides was investigated. The result shows that the brazing filler metals containing Ni & Mn have the best wettability. The strength of cemented carbides brazed with silver brazing filler metal is discussed and analyzed. In order to release the internal strain force of cemented carbides/steel joint with butt joint, the applied technology of sandwich brazing filler metal is introduced.
