简述了热收缩材料的定义、材质及模缩套的功能和应用。阐述了热缩制品的收缩机理及典型生产工艺流程。描述了用于航空线束上的模缩套经高温试验后的开裂现象,同时指出故障所产生的危害性。从模缩套的生产、应用、选型等方面进行分析,总结各环节导致模缩套开裂的原因。通过试验验证,确定模缩套在应用过程中开裂的主要原因是选型不当,通过调整模缩套的尺寸,解决了模缩套的后期开裂问题。
The definition, material, function and application of the heat-shrinkable molded parts are described. The shrinkage mechanism and typical production process of the heat shrinkable products are expounded. The cracking phenomenons of molded parts, which applied to aviation harness,after high temperature test are described. The risks of failure are point out. The causes of the cracking of heat-shrinkable molded parts are summarized, analyzing the production, application and selection of molded parts. The results show that selection is the main factor of molded parts cracking. The cracking problems of the heat-shrinkable molded parts are solved after adjusting its size.
