摘要
以SUS301不锈钢弹簧盒座为研究对象,进行拉深、整形、冲孔、切边等模具设计,利用Dynaform有限元软件模拟弹簧盒座冲压成形过程及数值模拟结果,预测成形过程中零件起皱、开裂、减薄等问题,为实际生产中模具设计、工艺参数的制定提供参考,减少试模次数,降低生产成本。
Taking a seat of spring box with SUS301 stainless steel as research object, the dies were designed to drawing, restriking, punching and trimming. The stamping processe was simulated by soft of finite element analysis (FEA) based on Dynaform. According to the result of numerical simulation, me wrinkle, cracking and reduction issues were forecast- ed.
