一次性快餐盒注射模设计

摘要 介绍了一次性快餐盒的结构特点和生产要求,设计了结构简单、冷却充分、顶出均匀的注射模,模具结构实用可靠。经实际生产验证,模具结构不仅提高了成型塑件的质量,节约了生产成本,还提高了材料的利用率,一次性快餐盒的生产周期缩短至5 s,生产效率也得到了提高。 The structural characteristics and production requirement of disposable lunch box- es were presented. An injection mould was designed with the features that simple struc- ture, sufficient cooling and ejection equality. The mould was validated and reliable. The ac- tual production verified that the quality of plastic part was improved, the production cost was saved and the material utilization rate was increased, also production efficiency was improved, which the production cycle of the disposable fast food box was shortened to 5 seconds.
