双层导风板变形原因分析及调整

摘要 塑件设计中,由于功能性和外观性要求,会出现壁厚不均匀的现象,注射成型时因熔体冷却不同步,造成不均匀收缩产生内应力,导致塑件成型后出现弯曲或翘曲变形,通过CAE分析,找出塑件变形的取向和趋势,通过有针对性地调整塑件壁厚来平衡收缩率,改善塑件成型时的变形,以得到合格的成型塑件。 In the design process of plastic parts, the uneven wall thickness was caused by the requirement of function and appearance of parts. The product might be bent or warp deformation because of the internal stress caused by various cooling process and the differential shrinkage. Through the CAE analysis, the orientation and trend of the deformation of the plastic parts was found out, and the wall thickness of plastic parts was adjusted to balance the shrinkage, which improved the deformation of the plastic parts and obtained qualified plastic parts.
