陈述了现阶段工业车辆噪声测试的标准要求与计算方法,根据标准给出的信息,简化了工业车辆噪声测试的计算公式,尤其明确了绝大部分蓄电池工业车辆在进行噪声测试时不做怠速工况下的噪声测量;在进行噪声值的评定时,梳理了操作者位置上声压级和声功率级的测量过程与要求,叙述了背景噪声修正系数和环境修正系数的使用方法,给出了详细的背景噪声修正系数值。
The paper describes the requirements in standard and calculation method for the noise test of industrial ve- hicles in the current stage. According to the information in standards, the paper simplifies the calculation fornmla for indus- trial vehicle noise test, particularly clarifies that most of accumulator industrial vehicles do not undergo noise measurement under idling condition. To determine the noise value, the paper summaries the measurement process and requirements of sound pressure level and sound power level on the operator' s position, describes how to use the background noise correc- tion coefficient and environment correction coefficient, and gives background noise correction coefficient values in details.
