自升式钻井平台桩腿齿条与半圆板机器人埋弧焊技术研究

摘要 桩腿是自升式海洋石油钻井平台的关键构件,其焊接质量会直接影响大型海洋钢结构的安全稳定性。桩腿齿条与半圆板的焊接属于高强度钢大厚板焊接,焊接难度大、效率低,为此提出一种机器人埋弧焊系统实现桩腿齿条与半圆板高效、高质量焊接制造。与传统焊接技术相比,采用机器人埋弧焊系统可提高齿条与半圆板焊接质量及生产效率,缩短生产周期,降低劳动强度,改善生产环境,具有广泛的应用前景。 Pile leg is a critical component of the self-elevating ocean oil boring platform, thus its welding quality will directly affect safety and stability of large-scale ocean steel structure. Welding between the pile leg rack and the semi-circle plate is high-strength steel thick plate welding, which is difficult and inefficient. To deal with it, a robot submerged-arc welding system is proposed to realize efficient and quality welding fabrication of the pile leg rack and semi-circle plate. Compared to traditional welding technology, the robot submerged-arc welding system can improve the welding quality and production efficiency of the rack and semi-circle plate, shorten the production period, reduce labor, improve the pro- duction environment and be widely applied.
