介绍了一种新型造船门式起重机,其特点是单主梁,2台同轨运行起重小车,其中1台小车下配置1个回转吊具。起重机利用回转吊具的吊载和旋转功能,实现结构分段空中翻身作业。新型造船门式起重机与现有技术相比结构简单,自重轻,零部件通用性好,制造和运行维护成本低,节能环保。
The paper introduces a new-type ship-building gantry crane, with single beam and two same-rail trolleys, where one trolley is provided with a slewing sling in the lower part. With the suspended load and rotation function of the sle- wing sling, the crane can realize sectioned air turning work. Compared to current technologies,＇ the new-type ship-building gantry crane has advantages like simple structure, light self-weight, components that can be universally used, low fabrica- tion, operating and maintenance cost, and can save energy and protect the environment.
