摘要
为了减轻大型随车起重机的质量,利用尺寸优化与拓扑优化相结合的方法分析对其吊臂。通过Matlab优化工具箱中的Fmincon函数对吊臂的截面尺寸进行优化,再利用Ansys Workbench中的Shape optimization模块对吊臂进行拓扑优化,得到最佳材料分布,最后优化后的吊臂质量减少了16.5%,且满足强度、刚度要求。由此可见,该方法为吊臂的轻量化研究提供一定的参考价值。
To reduce the mass of large-scale lorry-mounted cranes ; the paper uses the method combining size optimi- zation and topological optimization to analyze the arm. The paper optimizes the section size of the arm with the Fmincon function in Matlab optimization toolbox and performs topological optimization of the arm with Shape optimization module in Ansys Workbench to get the optimal distribution of materials. The optimized arm has its mass reduced by 16. 5% and strength and rigidity that meet the requirements. The method provides reference for lightweight study on the arm.
