摘要
简要介绍了中宅码头BC9A带式输送机在大负载工况下无法正常启动的问题。分析了该机配备的高压电机和液力偶合器的工作规律和匹配特性。针对该带式输送机负载启动的三种工况,分别进行系统研究,充分利用液力偶合器的限矩特性和柔性启动的优点,通过优化电控参数,充分利用电动机的过载力矩启动带式输送机,提高了带式输送机的启动效率。
The paper briefly introduces the problem that the BC9A belt conveyer carrying a heavy load at Zhongzhai terminal fail to start normally. The paper analyzes the working principle and matching characteristics of the high-voltage mo- tor and fluid coupling. Systematic study is performed for three conditions where the loaded belt conveyer is started respec- tively. By making full use of the advantages of torque limitation and iqexible startup of the liquid coupling, optimizing the e- lectric control parameters, the belt conveyer is started with the motor overload torque, making the start of the belt conveyer more efficient.
