摘要
输送带的纵向撕裂故障时常发生,比其他故障造成的损失和影响更严重,且难以修复,长期以来一直困扰着相关企业。现有的预防和监测技术存在可靠性低、误检率高的问题。文中根据红外热成像技术,提出了一种新的监测方法,具有较好的实时性和准确性。
Longitudinal tear if the conveying belt occurs frequently, causing more severe losses and influences than other faults. The longitudinal tear is difficult to repair, which bothers enterprises for a long time. Existing prevention and monitoring technologies have the disadvantages of low reliability and high false-drop rate. Based on the infrared thermal ima- ging technology, the paper puts forward a new monitoring method, better providing in-time and accurate formation.
