摘要
研究了高温条件下不同氧气浓度、不同处理时间充氮气调对密封烟垛内烟草甲(Lasioderma serricorne)成虫和幼虫的防治效果。结果表明,在环境温度高于30℃时,密封烟垛内1%的氧气浓度持续20 d,或密封烟垛内2%的氧气浓度持续30 d,烟垛内的烟草甲成虫和幼虫死亡率均能达到100%。
In the condition of high temperature,the control effect of nitrogen filling to the adults and larvae of Lasioderma serricorne was studied in different oxygen concentration and treatment time. The results showed that under the conditions of ambient temperature was above 30 ℃,1% oxygen concentration was kept 20 d,or 2% oxygen concentration was kept 30 d,the mortality rate of the cigarette beetle adults and larvae could reach 100%.
