快速城镇化地区城郊结合部生态保护红线划定研究 被引量:3

摘要 以常州市新北区为研究区,采用最小累积阻力模型进行生态保护红线划定,并采取分级管控的政策,以期为快速城镇化地区城郊结合部的生态环境保护工作提供参考。结果显示:(1)区内土地可划分为3个等级,其中I等区划为一类红线区,II等区划为二类红线区,III等区划为非红线区,分别提供了具有针对性的保护方案。(2)生态保护红线的划定,确立了新北区"一个生态保育区、五片生态林、六条生态廊道"的生态空间保护格局。(3)最小累积阻力模型较好地模拟了生态景观单元的水平动态过程。相比于其他方法,此方法划定的生态红线保护区破碎性降低,连片性增强,更有利于生态用地的集中保护。 Taking Xinbei district as the study area, this article used minimum cumulative resistance model to construct ecological redline protection system and take policy of hierarchical control to provide reference for ecological environmental protection work of suburbs with rapid urbanization.The results show:(1) Xinbei district can be divided into three regions of different level which was provided protection scheme targeted, among them, zone of grade one was designated as redline zone of first class, zone of grade two was designated as redline zone of second class, zone of grade three was designated as zone without redline.(2) With the demarcation of ecological red line, the protecting pattern of ecological space displayed as "one conservation area, five pieces of ecological forest, six ecological corridor" was established in Xinbei district.(3) Minimum cumulative resistance model simulated the horizontal dynamics of ecological landscape units. Compared to other methods,fragmentation of ecological redline protection zone designated by this method was reduced, and more contiguous. It is more conducive to the concentrated protection of ecological land.
