摘要
对HP4拼板胶乳液的性能进行研究,重点讨论了4HBA、AA、A-171及聚乙烯醇对乳液聚合及拼板胶性能的影响。实验结果表明,当4HBA用量为1.8%、AA用量为0.50%、A-171用量为0.55%时,制得的乳液成本低廉、性能优异。添加有聚乙烯醇溶液的拼板胶,性能满足实木拼板的要求。
This paper investigated the performance of HP4 adhesive emulsion for wood splice,and discussed emphasis was the effects of 4-hydroxybutyl acrylate(4HBA),acrylic acid(AA),sliane coupling agent(A-171) and polyvinyl alcohol on the emulsion polymerization and the emulsion performance.The results showed that when the amounts of 4HBA,AA and A-171 were 1.8%,0.50%and 0.55%,respectively,the obtained emulsion had lower cost and excellent performance.The performance of the adhesive emulsion added polyvinyl alcohol can meet the requirements of the solid wood splicing.
