摘要
2016年2月,美国新媒体联盟正式发布《地平线报告(高等教育版)》。该报告预测未来高等教育所采用的8项关键技术、6个发展趋势、6项挑战。8项关键技术:自带设备、学习分析与自适应学习、增强现实与虚拟现实、创客空间、情感计算、机器人。6个发展趋势:近期趋势(日益注重学习测量、混合式学习日益普及)、中期趋势(重新设计学习空间、转向深度学习方法)、远期趋势(推动创新文化、重新思考机构运行模式)。6项挑战:可解决的挑战(整合正式学习与非正式学习)、困难的挑战(应对不同的教育模式、个性化学习)、严峻的挑战(平衡线上线下生存、保持教育适切性)。本文通过解读该报告,分析新兴技术对高等教育的教学、学习和创新探索产生的影响,并提出迎接挑战的对策。
In February 2016,NMC officially published Horizon Report:2016 Higher Education Edition. The report forecasts eight key technology points, six development trendsand six challenges in Higher Education. Eight key technology points: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), Learning Analyties and Adaptive Learning, Augmented and Virtual Reality, Makerspaces, Affective Computing, Robotics. Six trends: Increasing Use of Blended Learning, Growing Focus on Measuring Learning Designs, and a Shift to Deeper Learning Approaches, Redesigning Learning Spaces, Rethinking How Institutions Work, and Advancing Cultures of Innovation. Six challenge: Solvable Challenges (Blending Formal and Informal Learning, Improving Digital Literacy), Difficult Challenges (Competing Models of Education, Personalizing Learning), Wicked Challenges (Balancing Our Connected and Unconnected Lives, Keeping Education Relevant).In this article we analyzed the effects of Emerging Technology on teaching, learning and innovation inHigher Education through interpreting the report. And we put forward the countermeasures to meet the challenges.
