The Anomie and Correction of College Teachers' Moral Role

高校教师道德角色事关高等教育事业大局和社会道德引领效应。但实践中往往出现高校教师道德角色失范现象,根源在于专业性与道德性两者关系的失衡,在个体层次典型体现为守贫与创收激烈斗争中向现实妥协所导致的知识传授功利性增强与道德性弱化,在制度层次典型体现为以重科研教学、轻道德提升为表征的教学科研评价体系异化,在价值层次典型体现为以高校教师职业工具理性属性与价值理性属性两者关系的断裂等现象。因此,需要通过再平衡专业性与道德性来矫正高校教师道德角色。

College teachers＇ moral role is important to the overall situation of the cause of higher education. However, in practice,college teachers＇ moral role often has anomie phenomenon. The fundamental reason is the fragmentation between profession and morality, such as making money without morality promotion, unbalanced teaching and research evaluation system, fragmentation between instrumental rationality and value rationality. Thus,measures should be taken to rebalance the relationship between professional role and moral role.
