论新时期高职院校大学生思想道德教育存在的困境与应对

On the Predicament and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational College Students' Ideological and Moral Education in the New Period

当前,我国高职院校的大学生思想道德教育工作却陷入了新的困境,诸如思想道德教育层次衔接断层、道德教育课程目标过于知识化、思想道德教育课程体系和德育内容与高职大学生的思想道德发展需要相脱节、道德教育方法与学生的主体性认知要求不相适应、道德教育工作的师资队伍素养水平与教学的实际需求不对等,因而本文力求突破这些困境,去构建一个完整、系统的思想政治道德教育工程体系。

At present, the ideological and moral education work of China＇s higher vocational colleges fell into the plight, such as, the fault of ideological and moral education in level convergence; the goal of moral education curriculum emphasizes too much on knowledge; ideological and moral education curriculum system and content of moral education become disjointed with higher vocational college students＇ need for their ideological and moral development; the methods of moral education do not adapt to the students＇ subject cognitive requirements; the teaching levels of the teachers are unequal to the actual requirement of the moral education work. We should strive to break through the dilemma in order to build a complete system for ideological, political and moral education.
