“阶段性阶梯式”教师口语考试改革探析

摘要 基于当前教师口语课程考核存在一些弊端,为适应应用型人才的培养目标,加快学校转型发展,必须对单一、呆板的传统考试形式进行改革。"阶段性阶梯式"新型考核模式,采用循序渐进的方式,成绩构成多元化,内容设置合理科学,考试形式灵活丰富,更加注重过程性、发展性和个性化,充分发挥课程考试的反馈功能,有利于复合型人才的培养,可为高校同类课程考试改革和创新人才培养提供有价值的参考。 Currently, there are some problems in the testing of Course of Teachers' Spoken Language, so in order to quicken colleges' transformation development and to adapt to the target of developing application-oriented talents, the single, stiff and traditional examination form must be reformed. "Periodic and stepped" is a new style of examination mode, that is to say to adopt gradual style to form a diversity of grades formation. In addition, contents should be arranged reasonably and scientifically,examination forms should be flexible and rich. Process, development and personalization should also be stressed to fully develop the function of feedback of course teaching. The purpose is to provide some valuable references for colleges' similar reform of course examination and building innovative talents.
