A Brief Discussion on the Management of Medical Postgraduates

当前医学硕士研究生管理面临着诸多问题,传统的硕士研究生管理方式已经不能满足日渐增加的医学硕士研究生的需求。基于医学硕士研究生的管理问题,我们提出和医学硕士研究生建立共同目标、加强彼此沟通、开展业余活动和提高管理人员自身素质等对策。

The current management of medical postgraduates is presented with various problems, so the traditional style of postgraduate management can no longer meet the increasing demands of postgraduates. Based on the problems, this paper proposes some countermeasures, such as building a common goal with medical postgraduates, enhancing mutual exchanges, implementing amateur activities and improving the quality of the management staff.
